Reduces the minimum online auction bidding period for foreclosure sales from seven calendar days to three calendar days for both private selling officer sales and sheriff sales conducted on the official public sheriff sale web site

Shortens the deadline for appraisers to return property valuations from twenty-one calendar days to fourteen calendar days after the order of appraisal is issued

Requires appraisals of residential property to be exterior-only and conducted by individuals licensed under Chapter 4735 (real estate) or Chapter 4763 (appraisers) of the Revised Code, rather than by "disinterested freeholders"

Prohibits private selling officers from being controlled by or under common control with the mortgagee, mortgage servicer, their subsidiaries, or the law firm providing legal services for the property being auctioned

Allows subsequent notices of foreclosure sales to be published on the sheriff's or private selling officer's website instead of requiring newspaper publication, and permits online-only advertising for properties that went unsold at a prior auction
