Creates new criminal offense of "moving or removing human remains" when done purposely to prevent discovery of an unlawful act, a death, the cause of death, or the human remains themselves

Classifies the offense as a third-degree felony with a presumption of prison time, and eliminates the statute of limitations for prosecution (same treatment as murder)

Imposes a mandatory additional 5-year prison term when the offense is committed in connection with another felony, to be served consecutively

Applies enhanced sentencing to juvenile offenders adjudicated delinquent, requiring 1-3 years commitment to the Department of Youth Services for the specification

Named "Katelyn's Law" and amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2152.17, 2901.13, 2929.14 while enacting new sections 2921.322 and 2941.1427
