AI systems cannot marry or form domestic partnerships with humans or other AI, serve as corporate officers or directors, or own property of any kind including real estate, intellectual property, and financial accounts

Owners and users bear responsibility for harm caused by AI systems; developers and manufacturers face liability only for design defects or negligence, not user misuse

Owners must maintain oversight and safety controls for AI systems that could impact human welfare or public safety, and labeling AI as "aligned" or "ethically trained" does not reduce liability

Corporate liability protections cannot shield parent companies from AI-caused harm if subsidiaries were intentionally undercapitalized or corporate structures were used to deflect responsibility
