Creates new offense of "jury tampering" (Section 2921.06) prohibiting knowingly attempting to influence, intimidate, or hinder a juror in the discharge of their duties, including consideration of facts or evidence at trial

Jury tampering without force or threats is a first-degree misdemeanor; jury tampering using force, unlawful threats of harm, or threats to commit offenses is a third-degree felony

Expands existing intimidation offense (Section 2921.04) to add public servants as a protected class when targeted due to their involvement in criminal or delinquent child proceedings

Defines "juror" to include both prospective jurors summoned for duty and those actually impaneled on a jury for trial

Exempts persons presenting facts and evidence to the court during trial from the jury tampering provisions
