Exempts prostitutes from prosecution under this section for receiving proceeds from their own sexual activity for hire

Adds the new offense to Ohio's RICO (corrupt activity) statute, allowing prosecution as part of organized crime patterns

Allows prosecution under both this section and related offenses (promoting prostitution, compelling prostitution, pandering obscenity), with allied offense merger protections for same conduct involving the same victim
