Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2953.32 to allow clerks of courts to retain certain financial records when a criminal record is expunged, rather than destroying all records

Permits clerks to maintain four types of financial information from expunged cases: transaction amounts, dates and times of transactions, transaction purposes (without identifying information), and a notation that the transaction resulted from an expunged case

Requires clerks of courts to destroy, delete, and erase all other expunged records so they are permanently irretrievable

Maintains existing requirement that the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation retain expunged conviction records solely for determining law enforcement employment eligibility

Requires all other entities receiving expungement notices to permanently destroy the records in their entirety
