Increases appropriations for the Campus Student Safety Grant Program from $1,000,000 to $11,000,000 for each year of the biennium ending June 30, 2027

Amends Section 381.10 of H.B. 96 (the state budget bill) from the 136th General Assembly

Raises the General Revenue Fund total for the Department of Higher Education from approximately $3.016 billion to $3.026 billion in year one, and from $2.994 billion to $3.004 billion in year two

Increases total budget fund groups by $10 million each fiscal year to reflect the Campus Student Safety Grant Program expansion
