Prohibits developing or deploying AI models or applications in Ohio that encourage users to engage in self-harm (including suicide) or harm another person

Authorizes the Ohio Attorney General to investigate suspected violations through subpoenas, witness testimony, and document production

Imposes civil penalties of up to $50,000 per violation, with a 6-year statute of limitations for bringing actions

Allows the Attorney General to accept written assurances of voluntary compliance to terminate investigations, conditioned on reimbursement or corrective action for affected consumers

Directs all collected civil penalties to the 9-8-8 fund, which supports Ohio's suicide prevention and mental health crisis hotline system
