Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4503.44 to require the registrar of motor vehicles to issue orange removable windshield placards with a white International Symbol of Access imprinted on them

Orange placards are available to persons with disabilities that limit or impair the ability to walk whose disability is not readily apparent to others (invisible disabilities)

The orange placard must otherwise match the standard placard in form, size, material, and displayed information, and follows all existing rules for issuance, expiration, revocation, surrender, and display

Obtaining the orange placard is voluntary; persons with non-apparent disabilities are not required to apply for this specific placard type
