Amends Ohio Revised Code section 1901.026 to change how municipal court operating costs are apportioned among municipalities and townships within the court's jurisdiction

Adds civil traffic ticket cases (violations of state traffic laws or municipal traffic ordinances) as a separate category when calculating each jurisdiction's proportionate share of court costs

Currently, caseload calculations include criminal cases and civil cases based on defendant addresses; the bill adds traffic violations occurring within a municipality as a distinct factor in the cost-sharing formula

Applies to municipal courts (excluding county-operated courts) with territorial jurisdiction extending beyond their home municipality's corporate limits
