County, municipal, and state correctional facilities must report pregnancy outcomes of inmates to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction annually by December 31

Applies to inmates who resided at the facility at the conclusion of their pregnancy

Covers a broad range of facilities including jails, workhouses, minimum security jails, and joint city-county or multicounty-municipal correctional centers

Enacts three new sections of the Ohio Revised Code (341.28, 753.34, and 5120.6511) to establish reporting requirements at each level of government
