Requires Medicaid to reimburse hospice providers at 100% of the established facility rate for room and board when hospice patients reside in nursing facilities or ICF/IIDs (intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities)

Applies to days when patients receive routine home care or continuous home care services

Director must adopt implementing rules by January 1, 2028

Amends Section 5164.16 of the Ohio Revised Code
