Bans the sale of duplicate tickets, "speculative" tickets not yet in possession, and tickets acquired through circumventing security systems or purchase limits

Mandates that resellers disclose they are not the original seller, that prices may differ from face value, provide refund policies, and deliver proof of purchase within 24 hours

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices enforceable by the Attorney General; exempts persons with less than $5,000 in annual aggregate ticket transactions
