Requires health insurance plans in Ohio to cover prosthetic and orthotic devices at minimum levels equal to federal Medicare coverage standards, including purchase, fitting, adjustment, repair, and replacement of devices

Coverage must include devices enabling daily living activities, job-related functions, physical activities (running, biking, swimming, strength training), and bathing, with all necessary materials, components, and user instruction

Prohibits insurers from denying coverage based on a person's actual or perceived disability, and requires cost-sharing terms no more restrictive than those for inpatient physician and surgical services

Mandates health plans include at least two in-network prosthetic/orthotic providers in Ohio, with full reimbursement for out-of-network providers when in-network care is unavailable

Takes effect January 1, 2027, and requires annual insurer reporting to the Superintendent of Insurance on claims data, with reports submitted to legislative committees
