Amends Ohio Revised Code section 149.43 to add grand juror names, grand juror residential addresses, and grand jury foreperson signatures to the list of records exempt from public disclosure under Ohio's Public Records Law

Applies only to grand jurors who have been impaneled and sworn an oath under section 2939.06 of the Revised Code

Designates the legislation as the "Grand Jury Privacy and Protection Act"
