Creates the Pediatric Cancer Research Fund in the state treasury to provide financial support to Ohio hospitals conducting pediatric cancer research

Allows voluntary $5 contributions to the fund during motor vehicle registration or renewal at BMV offices

Adds the fund as a seventh option for taxpayers claiming income tax refunds to designate voluntary contributions from their refund

Directs the Director of Health to administer the fund, develop informational materials, conduct public awareness campaigns, and establish rules for hospitals to apply for research funding

Requires the fund to be discontinued if contributions fall below $50,000 annually for five consecutive years
