Adds nine tick-related diseases and conditions to Ohio's mandatory reportable disease list, including Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, alpha-gal syndrome, anaplasmosis, babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, Powassan virus disease, tularemia, and southern tick-associated rash illness

Requires boards of health, health care providers, coroners, and medical examiners to promptly report cases to the Ohio Department of Health

Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3701.23, which already mandates reporting of diseases such as cholera, yellow fever, diphtheria, and typhoid fever

Protected health information remains subject to existing confidentiality requirements under section 3701.17, with only de-identified data releasable in summary or statistical form
