Amends Ohio Revised Code section 5163.093 governing income eligibility for the Medicaid Buy-In for Workers with Disabilities Program and Ohio WorkAbility Program

Requires $20,000 of an individual's earned income, unearned income, or combination of both to be disregarded when determining eligibility

Excludes employer-paid health insurance contributions for the individual's family members from being counted as the individual's income

Allows additional income disregards as specified in rules authorized under section 5163.098 of the Revised Code

Repeals the existing version of section 5163.093 and replaces it with the amended provisions
