Expands the definition of "employee" under Ohio Civil Rights Law (Section 4112.01) to include unpaid interns who perform work primarily to acquire knowledge or experience relevant to their career aspirations

Extends workplace anti-discrimination protections to unpaid interns, covering discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age, and ancestry

Applies to employers with four or more persons, including the state, political subdivisions, and their agents

Amends Section 3701.249 to clarify the definition of "employee" for employer immunity provisions related to HIV transmission claims
