Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3937.18 to mandate that all motor vehicle insurance policies include uninsured motorist coverage, changing the current law where such coverage is optional

Underinsured motorist coverage remains optional under the bill, preserving the existing "may, but is not required to" language for that type of coverage

Applies to insurance policies covering vehicles registered or principally garaged in Ohio that insure against bodily injury or death liability arising from vehicle ownership, maintenance, or use
