Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3517.13 to explicitly allow candidates to use campaign funds to pay for child care expenses incurred while performing campaign activities or official duties

Child care costs qualify as reimbursable "ordinary and necessary expenses" only when the care is provided by a person licensed under Ohio Chapter 5104 (child care licensing law)

Child care expenses are only reimbursable when incurred as a direct result of campaign or official activities and would not otherwise have been incurred by the candidate

Applies to campaign fund beneficiaries engaged in activities such as campaigning, participating in political party events, fundraising, or performing duties as a public officeholder
