Requires monthly reviews of voter registration database to identify non-citizens using Bureau of Motor Vehicles data and the federal SAVE program, with automatic cancellation of registrations for those identified as non-citizens

Expands "proof of citizenship" definition to include Ohio driver's license/state ID (if verified through BMV), U.S. passport, birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or I-797 approval notice

Creates new process requiring voters to cast provisional ballots when boards cannot verify residence address, date of birth, driver's license number, or last four digits of Social Security number against state/federal databases

Eliminates acceptance of absentee ballots postmarked before election day but received after polls close; all absentee ballots must be delivered by close of polls on election day

Modifies Ohio Election Integrity Commission membership requirements to prohibit members from being compensated by candidates, campaigns, or political parties, and changes restriction from holding "a public office" to "an elected public office"
