Prohibits Ohio conservancy districts from including indemnification or hold harmless clauses in contracts for goods or services procurement

Requires all legal actions or disputes against conservancy districts to be heard in Ohio courts with proper jurisdiction, banning out-of-state venue provisions

Bars contract terms that limit a district's ability to recover damages for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by a contractor's negligence, misconduct, or fraud

Prohibits provisions that bind districts to unknown terms at signing, terms not specifically negotiated, unilaterally changeable terms, or terms electronically accepted by employees

Any prohibited contract provision is automatically void from the start, while the remainder of the contract remains enforceable
