Requires the Director of Public Safety to ensure the Digest of Motor Vehicle Laws is translated and publicly available in every language in which the BMV administers driver's license and temporary instruction permit exams

Applies to the digest and any other reference documents covering material on the written portions of permit and license examinations

Creates new section 4507.113 of the Ohio Revised Code
