Prohibits suppliers from advertising, displaying, or offering prices for goods or services that do not include all mandatory fees and charges in a clear and conspicuous manner

Excludes government-imposed taxes, duties, and fees from the definition of "mandatory fees," as well as delivery fees based on consumer-selected shipping methods (if disclosed before payment)

Exempts broadband internet providers, financial transactions covered by federal lending/banking laws, transactions regulated under Ohio insurance and lending statutes, motor vehicle MSRP advertisements, and air carrier transportation

Food delivery platforms are not required to include their own service fees in menu prices shown to consumers

Violations constitute an unconscionable act or practice under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act (Section 1345.03)
