Limits EdChoice expansion scholarship eligibility to families with federal adjusted gross income of $500,000 or less, effective with the 2026-2027 school year

The $500,000 income threshold will be adjusted annually for inflation based on the consumer price index

Students already receiving scholarships may continue to receive them in subsequent years even if family income rises above the threshold, as long as they remain enrolled in a chartered nonpublic school

Parents can certify income eligibility through affidavit, proof of eligibility under another state/federal program, or other evidence approved by the Department of Education and Workforce
