Elevates gross abuse of a corpse (outraging reasonable community sensibilities) from a fifth-degree felony to a fourth-degree felony

Creates a third-degree felony for dismembering, mutilating, or intentionally disfiguring a human corpse

Establishes a second-degree felony when dismemberment, mutilation, or disfigurement is committed to conceal a crime, obstruct justice, or impair criminal investigation or prosecution

Designates the legislation as "Amanda Dean's Law"
