Elevates the penalty for disturbing a lawful meeting from a first-degree misdemeanor to a fifth-degree felony under two specific circumstances

Enhanced penalty applies when the violation intentionally disturbs religious worship at a tax-exempt place of worship, including conduct on the property surrounding the worship location

Enhanced penalty also applies when the violation intentionally disrupts virtual religious gatherings through computers, telecommunications devices, or other electronic means

Base offense of disturbing a lawful meeting remains a fourth-degree misdemeanor for general violations
