Creates the Artificial Intelligence Study Commission to review current state and local government approaches to AI oversight and regulation in Ohio

Requires the Commission to issue a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and legislative leaders by December 31, 2028

Establishes a 16-member Commission co-chaired by the State Chief Information Officer and Director of Commerce, with members representing private sector AI experts, higher education, K-12 education, public safety, agriculture, workforce development, consumers, local government, and four General Assembly members

Commission must hold its initial meeting by January 30, 2027, then meet quarterly or more frequently at co-chairs' discretion; members serve without compensation

Commission ceases to exist on January 1, 2029
