Adds certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants to the list of professionals exempt from needing a separate license to operate X-ray equipment, alongside physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, and mechanotherapists

Expands supervision authority so certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can directly supervise general X-ray machine operators performing radiologic procedures

Creates a new pathway for general X-ray machine operator licensure by passing the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists anatomy modules examination for limited scope radiology practice

Clarifies that registered nurses who are also certified nurse practitioners are not subject to supervision requirements when performing radiologic procedures

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 4773.01, 4773.02, 4773.03, and 4773.06 governing radiation technician licensing and practice standards
