Vehicles towing or hauling farm machinery would be exempt from Ohio's statutory vehicle size limits under two conditions: either the towing vehicle itself meets dimension requirements when not hauling farm equipment, or the operator has proper permits covering the towing vehicle's dimensions (excluding the farm machinery being towed)

Amends Ohio Revised Code Section 5577.05, which governs maximum width, length, and height limits for vehicles operating on public highways, streets, bridges, and culverts

Expands existing exemptions that already cover farm machinery and equipment operated directly, fire engines, pole trailers, pipes, and well-drilling equipment
