Testing devices must detect at least 10 controlled substances, provide results within 5 minutes, and be manufactured in the United States or its territories

Shields permit holders from liability for defective tests or inaccurate results, including false positives or negatives

Authorizes the Division of Liquor Control to create a voluntary reporting mechanism for positive test results, with data anonymized, aggregated, made publicly accessible, and prohibited from use in enforcement actions against permit holders
