Links violations to vehicular homicide and vehicular assault statutes, so causing death or serious physical harm while violating a school crossing guard's lawful order triggers aggravated vehicular homicide or aggravated vehicular assault charges

Provides civil immunity for school crossing guards acting within the scope of their official duties, except for acts done with malicious purpose, in bad faith, or in a wanton or reckless manner
