Prohibits state and federal law enforcement officers from wearing masks or personal disguises while interacting with the public during official duties

Exempts medical-grade masks (surgical, N95, KN95) for disease prevention, masks for smoke/environmental protection, and protective equipment worn by SWAT officers

Requires all law enforcement officers to visibly display their name and badge number as part of their uniform

Violations constitute a fourth-degree misdemeanor

Does not apply to officers engaged in undercover assignments
