Prohibits county commissioners, township trustees, village legislative authority members, and village mayors from knowingly entering into nondisclosure agreements regarding matters related to their official duties

Defines nondisclosure agreements as contracts that prohibit these officials from disclosing, discussing, describing, or commenting on local government matters within their responsibilities

Violations subject to civil fines up to $1,000, with enforcement authority granted to the Ohio Attorney General

Any nondisclosure agreement entered in violation of the law is void and unenforceable

Applies only to agreements entered into, amended, extended, or renewed on or after the law's effective date
