Restricts replica motor vehicle use to club activities, exhibitions, tours, parades, and travel to/from maintenance locations—prohibits use for general transportation

Establishes a $10 registration fee for replica motor vehicles in lieu of standard annual license taxes, with plates valid without renewal as long as the vehicle exists

Requires State Highway Patrol inspection and a notarized written statement from a person with expertise in historical vehicles confirming the replica accurately represents the intended make, model, and model year

Exempts replica motor vehicles from equipment, emission, noise control, and fuel usage requirements enacted after the calendar year the vehicle replicates, and exempts those replicating vehicles without original stop lights from stop light requirements
