OH HB700

Prohibits the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation and legal aid societies from using fund money to provide legal services or assistance to individuals unlawfully present in the United States

Prohibits state agencies and entities receiving state funds from providing grants, loans, or services to any entity that uses federal, state, or local funds to provide gender transition services to minors

Requires the Auditor of State to issue findings for recovery against violators, including full repayment of misused funds plus all additional funds received after the first violation date

Imposes a 4-year ineligibility period for receiving state funds on any entity found to have violated these prohibitions

Modifies the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation board of directors to require at least one voting member who is the chief executive officer of a legal aid society
