Prohibits Ohio sentencing courts from requiring offenders who entered an Alford plea to admit guilt as a condition of community control (probation) for both felony and misdemeanor offenses

Bars courts from considering whether an offender who entered an Alford plea showed "genuine remorse" when determining the likelihood of recidivism during sentencing

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2929.12 (sentencing factors), 2929.15 (felony community control), and 2929.25 (misdemeanor community control)

Formally designates the legislation as the "Alford Plea Fairness Act"
