Department of Education and Workforce must create a publicly accessible online system to compare performance data of scholarship students in chartered nonpublic schools with similar students in public school districts, community schools, STEM schools, and other nonpublic schools in the same district

Annual public reporting required on EdChoice scholarship recipients disaggregated by family income levels (ranging from at or below 450% to above 750% of federal poverty guidelines)

Chartered nonpublic schools must report total enrollment, scholarship student counts broken down by prior year school type (public district, community school, STEM school, home education, etc.), and total state support received through scholarships, auxiliary services, and administrative reimbursements

Changes the deadline for distributing student performance data to parents from the first day of February to the fifteenth day of September each year

Requires the department to develop a student growth measure for scholarship students in grades 4-8 by July 1, 2025, with growth reports published online for schools with at least ten scholarship students
