Increases from 5 to 15 the number of vehicles a person may sell without obtaining a motor vehicle dealer license, but only for vehicles over 12 years old

Maintains the existing limit of 5 casual sales per 12-month period for vehicles that are 12 years old or newer

Amends Ohio Revised Code Section 4517.02, which governs motor vehicle dealer licensing requirements

The 12-month period for counting sales begins on the day of the first sale in that period
