Creates the Veterans Organization Grant Program within the Ohio Department of Development to provide annual $1,000 grants to eligible veterans organizations

Grants may be used for financing celebrations honoring veterans or providing veterans with basic necessities, including food

Appropriates $225,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2026 and $225,000 for fiscal year 2027 to fund the program

Requires grant recipients to file annual sworn statements with the Director of Development accounting for complete expenditure of funds until grants are exhausted

Director of Development must establish application procedures and adopt administrative rules in accordance with Chapter 119 of the Revised Code
