Prohibits juvenile courts from conducting hearings in an informal manner for offenses that would be a felony (including specifications) or an offense of violence if committed by an adult

Prohibits juvenile courts from dismissing delinquency cases or specifications without disposition when a child is adjudicated delinquent for acts that would be felonies or offenses of violence if committed by an adult, even if the court determines dismissal would be in the child's best interest

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2151.35 (juvenile court hearings) and 2152.11 (delinquent child dispositions)
