Creates a new "Land of U.S. Grant" specialty license plate available to owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes in Ohio

Requires a $20 contribution per application and renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund

Contributions collected will be paid to the land of U.S. Grant organization to further its mission

License plate design will feature a logo and words selected by representatives of the land of U.S. Grant and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles

Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4501.21 and enacts new section 4503.947 to establish the plate program
