Amends 8 sections of Ohio Revised Code to explicitly add "the production of maple syrup and maple products" to the statutory definition of "agriculture"

Extends existing agricultural protections and benefits to maple syrup producers, including eligibility for agricultural district participation, agricultural product liens, and agricultural cooperative membership

Adds maple syrup and maple products to the definition of "agricultural product" for purposes of agroterrorism laws, agricultural product handling/lien statutes, and transportation department land leasing provisions
