Imposes a 24-hour hold on property transfers following notification to registered owners, unless the owner authorizes the transfer sooner

Mandates at least one hour of continuing education on deed and title fraud prevention, identification, response, and reporting for all Ohio real estate licensees as part of their existing 30-hour requirement

Continuing education requirement takes effect six months after the bill's effective date
