Exempts portable solar devices from interconnection requirements and interconnection agreements with electric utilities under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4928

Prohibits electric utilities from requiring customers to obtain approval before installing a portable solar device, pay any fees related to the device or feeding electricity back to the grid, or install additional controls beyond what is integrated into the device

Explicitly excludes portable solar generation devices from the definition of "net metering system"

Directs the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to adopt rules implementing these provisions
