Creates a new "Pediatric Cancer Awareness" specialty license plate available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and other approved vehicle classes in Ohio

Requires a $10 contribution per application and renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund and paid to the littlest heroes, inc.

Littlest heroes, inc. must use the contributions to provide financial support for families battling pediatric cancer and other childhood illnesses

Charges an additional $10 administrative fee deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for issuing the plates

License plate design will display a logo and words selected by representatives of littlest heroes, inc. and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles
