Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 5104.015, 5104.017, 5104.018, and 5104.019 to make inspection procedures for child care centers, type A family child care homes, type B family child care homes, and in-home aide settings subject to new section 5104.044.

Creates new section 5104.044 requiring the Director of Job and Family Services to assist the Director of Children and Youth in establishing inspection procedures for all child care provider types.

Mandates that both directors jointly establish consistent and uniform inspection procedures across all child care settings statewide, including inspections conducted by county departments of job and family services.

Requires both directors to jointly train individuals responsible for conducting child care inspections under this chapter.
