Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2907.321, 2907.322, and 2907.323 to add "artificially generated depiction of a minor" to existing prohibitions on obscene materials, sexually oriented matter, and nudity-oriented materials involving minors

Defines "artificially generated depiction" as a visual depiction created or edited by artificial intelligence or other computer-generated means that a reasonable person would believe depicts an identifiable actual person

Violations involving AI-generated depictions of minors carry the same penalties as those involving actual minors: second-degree felony for creating, distributing, or producing such material; fourth-degree felony for possession

Allows courts to infer a depicted person is a minor if the material represents or depicts them as such through title, text, visual representation, or other means

Maintains existing exemptions for bona fide medical, scientific, educational, religious, governmental, judicial, or other proper purposes by qualified professionals
