Adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's May 26, 2016 working definition of antisemitism, including its contemporary examples, into Ohio's civil rights code (Chapter 4112)

Requires Ohio courts, arbitrators, and special masters to apply the same legal standards to antisemitism discrimination claims as other discrimination claims under Chapter 4112

Mandates state agencies use the antisemitism definition when reviewing, investigating, or deciding whether policy or law violations were motivated by antisemitism

Requires the antisemitism definition be used as an educational tool in anti-discrimination and anti-bias training for state agency employees

Includes a provision stating the definition shall not diminish First Amendment rights or conflict with federal, state, or local antidiscrimination laws
